Section 01

Not a substitute for in-person medical care

Content on this site is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Section 02

Independent clinical judgment

All medical decisions, prescriptions, and treatment plans are made solely by the independent licensed physicians within our partner network. Prescriptions are issued only when, in the clinician's independent medical judgment, they are appropriate for you.

Section 03

Compounded medications

Prescriptions are fulfilled by U.S.-registered, FDA-compliant 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. Your clinician will explain the indication, risks, and benefits prior to prescribing.

Section 04

Counterfeit awareness

Hypergevity-prescribed medications are shipped only directly from our licensed partner pharmacies in tamper-evident, cold-chain packaging. We do not sell medications through third-party marketplaces, social media, or resellers. If you encounter Hypergevity-branded products elsewhere, please report it to report@hypergevity.com.

Section 05

Individual results vary

Outcomes from any therapy depend on biology, adherence, lifestyle, and comorbidities. Testimonials and case studies are not a guarantee of future results.

Section 06

Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on this platform for urgent or life-threatening conditions.
