These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hypergevity platform. By creating an account or initiating an intake, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Section 01

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake and to keep your account information updated.

Section 02

Nature of the platform

Hypergevity is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent U.S.-licensed clinicians and U.S.-registered compounding pharmacies. Hypergevity does not practice medicine, does not employ clinicians, and does not dispense prescription medications.

Section 03

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Section 04

Fees, billing & cancellation

Fees for medical evaluations, prescriptions, and shipping are disclosed prior to checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Section 05

Prohibited conduct

  • Misrepresenting your identity, age, or medical history.
  • Reselling, diverting, or sharing prescription medications.
  • Accessing the platform from outside the United States.
  • Attempting to disrupt platform security or integrity.
Section 06

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypergevity's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Hypergevity is not liable for the independent medical judgment of clinicians who use the platform.

Section 07

Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, DE. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
